Welcome to our Special Discount Offer for a five (5) page website design and domain name at just $125! Additionally, you can enjoy web hosting and management services for only $49 per month. The following terms and conditions outline the regulations for the use of this special offer.
2. Offer Details
- Website Design and Domain Name: You will receive a five (5) page custom-designed website and a domain name for an initial fee of $125.
- Hosting and Management Services: Web hosting and management services are provided at $49 per month.
- Domain and Email Services: The domain name is included for the first year, and the package comes with three (3) business email accounts.
- Initial Payment: The initial payment of $125 is due upon agreement to these terms and conditions.
- Monthly Payments: The $49 monthly fee for hosting and management services is due on the same day each month following the initial payment.
- Notice Period: Clients may cancel the hosting and management services at any time with a 30-day written notice.
- Termination of Services: Upon cancellation, hosting and management services will terminate 30 days after the notice is received. No further payments will be due beyond this period.
- Initial Fee: The initial fee of $125 for the website design and domain name is non-refundable.
- Monthly Fees: Monthly fees paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
- Content Provision: Clients must provide all necessary content for the website, including text, images, and any other materials required for the design.
- Approval and Feedback: Timely approval and feedback are required from the client to ensure project timelines are met.

- Content Updates: Monthly hosting and management services include basic content updates. Extensive website design changes may incur extra charges.
- Service Interruptions: The service provider is not liable for any interruptions or downtime of the website caused by factors outside of their control.
- Data Loss: The service provider is not responsible for any loss of data. Clients are encouraged to keep backups of their content.
