Small Business Digital Toolkit build professional websites and maintain each site by providing regular updates. Our plans prices includes web hosting, maintenance, and content management service.  Small Business Digital Toolkit begin building a preview website within 72 business hours after successfully receiving all the business information and confirmed payment.

A preview website design is your first glance to visualize the site presence. While the preview websites are not nearly as detailed or functional as the final and published website design. It provides you a visual of the overall website design layout format. Once you and your account manager finalize a website design based, our experts proceed with full site development. 

The first involves sending your website content, pictures, and graphics to your account manager, if you did not submit that information while signing up. After receiving site content our experts start deploying your CMS, creating your custom theme and page designs, and setting up your website's analytics. 

Once our experts have finished the website design, our quality assurance team will get to work testing your site's performance and reliability. We'll use various tools to benchmark your site for loading, responsiveness, and speed, while also ensuring that it works reliably on all web browsers and mobile devices.

To ensure consistent reliability and scalability, we host websites on our third party hosting servers with 99% uptime. Website owners are provided editorial access to make their own modifications, check site statistics and overall performance. You can easily request site updates at anytime, just submit an update request form. Website owners shall notify Small Business Digital Toolkit in writing (email) one month in advance to cancel service and to avoid any other charges being applied to their account. 

We charge a onetime website design fee that is non refundable along with the first month plan cost upon signing up for services. All website plans are prepaid and must paid within five days from billing due date. Website payments that are not paid on time is giving a five day grace period. Website accounts that are not paid after the five day grace period deadline is subject to being unpublished. Website accounts that are unpublished for non-payment is subject to a $75 republishing fee added to their account. The republishing fee and past due hosting plan must be paid in advance before the website is published again.
